Restrictions of Verkada badges on Apple Wallet:

Verkada badges on Apple Wallet are not compatible with AD31 or AD32 reader hardware or any non-Verkada readers.

Every reader in your organization must be compatible.

Verkada can only support corporate badges on Apple Wallet. Verkada cannot issue resident cards for multi-family units, room keys for the hospitality industry, or student IDs in higher education.
Android Mobile NFC is unrestricted and compatible with any Verkada reader.
Each Verkada software license includes technical support, access to Verkada Command for an unlimited number of users, and unlimited storage for any archived video clips in your account. The license also includes automatic firmware updates and security patches, as well as all future software enhancements.
